Pizza Factory Vancouver

I called in an order for two large pizzas (Pepperoni with olives and a Meat Lovers), and one Gluten-Free Chicken Ranch pizza with no cheese. When I went to pick up the order the staff were concerned that one of the toppings I requested on the GF had dairy, which I appreciated. They were also concerned that with the GF crust and no cheese that the pizza would not turn out ok. I received my order with the GF pizza, one medium and one large pizza. When I pointed out the size error, I not only was given the correct size (which then gave me an extra free medium pizza), I was given a 10% off my entire order and a free soda. Nick, the owner was SO very apologetic for the error and went WAY above and beyond. The Meat Lovers was the best one I've seen anywhere, and the GF pizza turned out perfect and was delicious! I would definitely order from here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great pizza!
