I wound up allergic to gluten a few years ago. Pizza has been one of my biggest loses. I tried Pizza Greco's cauliflower crust pizza last weekend and I was in heaven. It's still not the same as traditional pizza crust but we're 90% of the way there. I can only imagine how good their 'regular' pizza is. This is going to be a life saver for me!! Killer staff and I love the big windows on the corner to watch the world go by.
