Tried to get lunch with my mom. The dining area was open but was given attitude when asked if we could sit in there. Ordered a gluten free pizza (allergy) and a small pizza. Waited for about 20 minutes when they called me back up to the register and informed us they were out of the gluten free crust. Meaning one person in our group couldn't eat at all. When told we were canceling our whole order then and going elsewhere we were told that the other pizza was already made so they couldn't refund that but would gladly refund the gluten free pizza. When told fine cause we were hungry and now needed to find a new place to eat, they started the lengthy procedure of refunding my money back. Once that was done, we were told to wait cause the other pizza wasn't done yet. So we had to wait for the small regular pizza to be finished even though they originally said it was already done and why the couldn't cancel and refund our whole order. Would not recommend this location and would rather drive a further distance to a different pizza hut if it means better service.
