Ordered 3 pizzas, 1 with a gluten free option due to someone having a severe gluten allergy. Got the order delivered through Uber eats and it got to us fine but was annoyed to find a hand written note on the box saying gluten free base not available. Why have the option then? Or if you see the order and it's not available why not call to ask if it can be substituted. Tried calling and just got a call centre who said contact uber eats, which I have but I think the store need to work on their communication with customers. Will not be back.
