Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff has to be top of the list, followed closely by the delicious food. Pan pizza was fantastic, and gluten free GOAT was highly recommended!

The new style of ordering your food on a tablet takes away the experience of going to a restaurant.
Gluten free pizza was mediocre, much smaller in size,
I don't think £3:79 for a refillable drink is worth the price. My daughter who had the buffet enjoyed it, enough choice, and the salad bar was full.
