Fantastic service from Tyreese today while visiting with family. He was a friendly, smiling face and answered all my questions regarding the menu and ordering using the app. I would definitely visit again. I was excited to see they had gluten free pizzas in store now too.

Both pizzas arrived and hardly any topping on. Clearly 1st of the pizza was made in a dirty pan as found an old chip in it. 2nd one arrived with some burnt stuff stuck in the topping which was for a celiac. So clearly had contamination so didn't eat it. So maybe used another dirty pan as pizza itself wasn't burnt. Or their ovens needs a clean as burnt bits might of come of the top of oven.
This is the worse pizza hut I've even been to so will not return.
Manager said we will get a full refund on the food. So waiting on the return of that.
Good bits was the salad bar was well topped up. But wasn't happy using the app as wanted to pay cash.
