This must be some of the worst service I have experienced when dining out.
The waiting times were poor for a restaurant that had a handful of people in. One child had to wait 15-20 minutes to get a gluten free pizza after everyone else in the party had received their food. Apparently it had to be cooked again, but no thought to tell us, until we went and asked after waiting for 5 minutes. We ordered two cookie doughs as desserts, the wait was that long we had to request a takeout because we needed to leave. We had one person order a cheesecake only to be told they had run out, to which we were offered ice cream instead. We then had to wait for an extra spoon to be brought over for the best part of 10 minutes. While we waited a waitress suggested we should just use a fork to eat ice cream… list for words.
On a slight positive, the pizzas were very nice but hardly offset the service received from the staff at this location.
