Pizza Hut Restaurants Bradford Vicar Lane

This must be some of the worst service I have experienced when dining out. The waiting times were poor for a restaurant that had a handful of people in. One child had to wait 15-20 minutes to get a gluten free pizza after everyone else in the party had received their food. Apparently it had to be cooked again, but no thought to tell us, until we went and asked after waiting for 5 minutes. We ordered two cookie doughs as desserts, the wait was that long we had to request a takeout because we needed to leave. We had one person order a cheesecake only to be told they had run out, to which we were offered ice cream instead. We then had to wait for an extra spoon to be brought over for the best part of 10 minutes. While we waited a waitress suggested we should just use a fork to eat ice cream… list for words. On a slight positive, the pizzas were very nice but hardly offset the service received from the staff at this location.

Excellent friendly greeting with super clean tables. I explained that my daughter is coeliac and they immediately knew exactly what it was and showed us that the while ice cream factory (including sprinkles) is gluten free, not only the gf pizza. We ordered and paid easily via the QR code on the table. The lady even brought out separate salad things for my daughter so that there was no chance of cross contamination on the salad bar. The pizzas, coffees, salad bar were all brilliant. But the highlight was the ice cream factory ha ha. The lovely lady brought out separate sprinkles again just in case of cross contamination and we all had such fun eating our creations. What an EXCELLENT restaurant with BRILLIANT staff and food. 10 stars from us!
