So I must say these five stars were definitely earned by our waitress alone. We had called and told a gentleman over the phone that we had a party of nine coming. I inquired about a gluten-free pizza. He did not want to take my order over the phone to have a gluten-free pizza ready For our 11-year-old son with celiac‘s disease. I explained I would like to go ahead and place the order for the pizza before we got there so our son could sit and eat with us as we per took of the buffet. The guy wanted to argue with me over the phone telling me I needed to place my order when I get there. I simply explain. I just wanted to place an order for a gluten-free cheese pizza. He had a few choice of words and was very hateful over the phone. I asked him numerous times, seven to be exact what his name was. He finally told me Jimmy right before he hung up on me. We arrive and was greeted by our waitress. I learned then that he never told them of the party of nine coming. That was OK though she sat us anyway with smiles. I explain to her what had happened over the phone and she let me know quickly there was not a jimmy that worked there. And she was extremely apologetic the entire time over our experience. At any rate, she was awesome! Five stars for sure! What food that we did get fresh was good. We could tell there was a shift change right before we left. Because it went from nobody really bringing food out to the bar and then when the new people came in, they brought all kinds of food out! But of course we were ready to go by then. Still would recommend the place, but I also recommend the owners find out who Mr. Jimmy is and sent him to McDonald’s for employment :-)
