I ordered through the app and accidentally forgot to select gluten free crust. I got all the way home and realized my error so I went to the app and ordered again fully expecting, and willing, to pay again since it was my error. I called customer service to request the order be rushed and they called the store directly for me. The store made the order within 15 minutes and didn’t even charge me for the second pizza even though it was my error! I am so impressed with the customer service of the call centre and the Wellington South store in London, Ontario. They just gained a customer for life! 🤗
