Hands down, Pizza Payaa serves the best gluten-free, dairy-free pizza I have ever had. The texture of the crust is airy and crispy around the edges, yet chewy as well. The vegan cheese is "melty," with a great flavor, and the toppings are fresh and generously applied. I live in Michigan, and once a year, I drive through the area for a work trip. Each time, I stop at Pizza Payaa, and I am never disappointed. Thank you for not only catering to those of us with restrictive diets, but for going out of your way to make sure that our pizza tastes incredible too.

Absolutely AMAZING pizza!!! Both their gluten free and regular crust is incredible!!! The toppings are fresh, plentiful and unique and the crust is divine!!! My favorite/go to are the the fig and the pig and the honey badger! The s’mores dessert pizza is incredible and if you’re gluten free, just ask them to not use the graham cracker crumbles. This is a MUST for any pizza lover!!!
