Ok this is it. The BEST gluten free pizza I have EVER had in my 50 years of Celiac affliction and GF hell. No cross-contamination reactions after and absolutely delicious, chewy, crispy bready doughy perfection. Not to mention they’re super fresh toppings, to die for sandwiches (just tried the chicken parm with GF bun DAYUM!!) and amazing fresh salads. I drive an hour for Payya and it’s worth it every time! Dining in, the drinks are also fab and the atmosphere is so good! Try it ONCE and you’ll be back ❤️
