Don't go to pizza pizza
we ordered a cauliflower crust pizza and they provided something else.
Be very careful if you have allergies!!!
It's disappointing that we cannot trust pizza pizza to deliver what you ordered. Why?
When we called customer service, the guy didn't even check - he said you must have cauliflower pizza and staff are well trained. And when we said we were sure it was made incorrectly as we've had cauliflower pizza before and this was not it - he keeps insisting it must be cauliflower pizza without checking with the location.
Then, after he puts us on hold, he comes back and asks "oh, does your pizza have gluten free sticker?" NO! It doesnt have the sticker. But he insists that everything is fine and it is gluten free.
At this point, we just want a refund now given how long it's taken. The customer service guy comes back from being on hold and says, there's cameras that record how they make pizza and there's no way it's not cauliflower pizza.
What we have is not cauliflower pizza. I would like to know whether pizza pizza actually reviewed the camera tape to prove that it was cauliflower pizza before calling us back threatening us with camera tapes.
I am very worried that pizza pizza does not trust it's customers and puts them in a call for 45 minutes for a refund for one of the two pizzas we ordered. Not sure why they think we would be going through all this effort.
End story - no refund was given by pizza pizza (CHEAP), pizza pizza has lost our trust for making pizzas according to customer specifications (i wouldn't trust pizza pizza if you have allergies), and pizza pizza customer service is not there for the customers.
