Paid for the buffet, asked for a gluten free pizza and they wanted me to pay for the pizza separately...I couldn't beleive it!

After sitting down at the Green Mill and ordering to find out 20 minutes later that they were out of gf crust, then waiting ANOTHER 45 minutes for them to get the rest of our order to go so we could leave to go find something elsewhere for our celiac child, we were a little put out. One call to Pizza Ranch, who were five minutes from closing, was an answer to a prayer…they gladly made us a gf pizza and stayed open to make sure we got it. They went out of their way to give us a good experience to make up for a huge mistake that wasn’t even their mistake. Pizza Ranch rocks!
