Pizza Ranch

They didn’t have gluten free pizza included with the buffet, which was disappointing. So we would have had to pay extra just for that, along with the buffet for a salad. Just too expensive for the quality. Also they didn’t have a lot of what was claimed on their online menu.

Worst pizza ranch experience ever. We frequent pizza ranch in South Dakota and love the food, service etc. but the location on 1131 Frontage Rd E, Lake Delton, WI 53940 was a joke. They charge extra for drinks (the website and all the other locations I have been to include it in the buffet price) also one of our party was gluten free and the pizza ranch brand has always made special requests but when we requested the gluten free they said she had to order it separate (when we paid we specified we would need gf and they said they could accommodate us indicating no extra charge). On top of all that the cashier was extremely rude and condescending anytime anyone asked her any questions (our receipt said her name was Melissa). After reviewing the website during our meal we then spoke with another young lady about the inconsistencies between the website and our experience and she informed us that they were separate and didn’t follow pizza ranches promises (paraphrased). The young kid bussing did a great job though. They also messed up the ticket and had us paying for an extra person.
