Nothin on the buffet fresh, we had to ask. Even ordered requests, 50 minutes of waiting and still no pizza we ordered has come. Let alone my daughter's gluten free pizza bought separately from buffet. So the entire family ate in front of her from the buffet. Shift change maybe the issue, however this is insane! Never again will we return to Elkhorn Pizza Ranch. -100 stars ✌🏼

The service is horrible. I ordered a gluten free pizza which they charge $18 for and had to hunt it down. The server picked up plates for only select tables. The box the pizza was in is dirty.
