I was traveling here last Wednesday with a group. I needed gluten free options as I have Celiac disease. We arrived just before the lunch rush and they had everything ready for our group. They let me know all the gluten free options in the salad and desert bars and proceeded to make me a fresh gluten free taco pizza. Not too long after I placed it, an employee came out and profusely apologized and indicated that they needed to start the pizza again because they had accidentally put tortilla chips on top that were not gluten free. I will certainly visit again when I return to this town. If you don't have special food needs, the buffets were abundant and all my peers enjoyed their lunch there. I highly recommend.
