I was at this location on March 30, 2025 at 11:17am.
I paid for the buffet, but then realized the gluten free items were not on the buffet and needed to be ordered separately. I paid for the gluten free pizza and was told I would get a refund on my card for the buffet. I did not see the credit applied so I called on 4/5/2025. I was given a couple options and asked for my card to be credited as I am not local so a restaurant credit was not an option. I was advised that since it had been several days since my visit that the credit needed to be handled by computer programmers. I called again on 4/9 to inquire and was told it would take one to 1.5 weeks to process. I called again on 4/18 - and there was no answer. Not confident I will get my refund at this point…
