I called an hour and a half before coming and the person on the phone was not very friendly. I asked about gluten free pizzas and he informed me to call a half hour before coming. Which is what I did. When I called back an hour later, a female answered the phone and I explained I called earlier about the party and I needed to order a gluten free pizza. She said "Oh MY God " and slammed the phone down. After she picked the phone up she said " Okay. What do you need now?" I asked if there was a problem and she said they were busy.
There is NEVER a reason to treat someone that way. A paying customer.
When we arrived, they were not ready for us, the staff wad NOT friendly and everyone was done eating before my daughter's gluten free pizza was done.
We have been to several Pizza Ranch's and have NEVER been treated this way. We were in town for a bowling tournament and will NEVER be back.
To top it off, the first person I talked to was the manager.
I work in customer service and we all have bad days, but you don't ever take your frustrations out on your customers!
