I want to come in for a second experience. The first experience was iffy. The GF crust was undercooked and doughy for my liking. I’d love to try out the regular gluten crust and see if it’s as good as it looks. The service/cashier wasn’t knowledgeable about the menu and drink options. That wasn’t fun. And yes, prices are a tad high for Pizza. I’ve had large “16 artisan pizza for under $20 a pizza not $31 +. The fountain sodas were natural cane sugar and we liked those. The Uncommon Creamery Gelato was the best non-dairy gelato I’ve yet to have! Nice to see loads of vegan options on a menu.

We ordered take out. The gluten free crust and vegan cheese was really yummy for a GF/DF pizza that can be hard to find. My partner enjoyed his regular crusted meat monster pizza too.

I was so excited to finally try the new pizza place with gluten free pizza and breadsticks. It’s a bit pricey, so I waited to get it for my birthday dinner. We opened the breadsticks and they looked great. Then, we opened the pizza. $34 for the 16” gluten free Bianca pizza and this is what we got. We ended up having to add our own cheese on it.
