My review is addressing the Gluten Friendly accommodations. This Pizzaiolo's Express is located near the intersection of Cypresswood Drive and Mason Drive in the Fairfield neighborhood. The team here is always very understanding and kind. I always ask for precautions to be taken, including washing hands, fresh pair of gloves, and clean kitchen tools. I have yet to get sick from eating here! Please note that the gluten free pizza only comes in one size. The gluten free pizza is listed on the main menu under Create Your Own (CYO). The crust tastes way better than most other crusts I've had! They clearly take great pride in their work. Gluten free pasta options are not yet available.

Absolutely delicious food! The ingredients are fresh and the pizzas are made with love and care! They even have gluten free options and are careful to avoid contact contamination! The staff is also very nice and goes above and beyond to make your meal perfect!
