I thought I knew pizza—until I tried Pizzana. This place doesn't just serve pizza; it redefines it. Every bite reflects quality imported ingredients that taste like they were picked that morning. The flavor combinations are both inventive and comforting, striking that rare balance between elevated dining and soulful comfort, and there's a smattering of authentic Italian options on the menu besides pie (loved the Polpette Al Forno! Those meatballs are so good!) The service? Impeccable. Warm, attentive, and genuine without ever feeling overbearing. It's clear the staff takes pride in every aspect of the experience. I went with the Sacrilegio, but they can meet a lot of dietary requirements like Gluten Free and Dairy/Lactose free options as well If you're in Dallas and haven’t been, you’re missing out on one of the best culinary gems the city has to offer. !

Found my new pizza spot! Service is impeccable. Ordered through UberEats and while the receipt said gluten-free, the box wasn’t marked that way. Since I have Celiac’s, it’s a HUGE deal most people overlook. I called to clarify and the manager had me send him a picture of the pizza to verify. It was, in fact, gluten free. He was so accommodating and considerate. The pizza was amazing (couldn’t even tell crust was gluten free obviously) but above all, they cared. Now I know it’s Celiac’s safe which is SO hard to find.
