Their vegan gluten free pizza with the cashew cheese is incredible - and that is a touch feat because you are working without pretty much all the main ingredients in pizza!

We were visiting from Nashville and couldn't have been happier with our experience at Pizzeoli. The atmosphere is great, the staff is friendly and the food is perfection. My wife is gluten-free and has never found gluten-free pizza crust to be very good, but Pizzeoli's was superb. I ate her leftovers and couldn't even tell it was gluten-free. This will be a staple for all future STL visits!

Leaving a 5 Star b/c their pizza is always amazing.. BUT, I no longer can eat it. I have both gluten and dairy allergies... and they have a gluten free crust BUT they recently changed the recipe and it now has mozzarella in it. So, if you have both allergies like me, the only option is a salad or their wings. I am mourning this loss deeply. it was my FAVORITE restaurant, like ever.. but b/c of this, I don't plan to return. I'm so, so sad. Also, the cashew cheese they have - the BOMB. If I could just recreate that or buy that in a tub.. I would! Note for Pizzeoli - if you can bring back the old recipe, or omit the mozzarella, I would so appreciate it.
