I would greatly appreciate it if you removed gluten-free food from your menu. We celiacs think that the worst thing that can happen to us is that a restaurant does not offer gluten-free options, but that is not the case. The worst thing that can happen to us is that they offer it, without having any idea what they do. I come from the hospital due to a major contamination that I have been carrying for 4 days. 4 days lost from a week of vacation, plus all its health consequences of course. Please dedicate yourself to your gluten-free pizzas, which, as far as I know, are very good, and stop playing with people's health.

The pizzas are delicious and they have gluten-free pizzas, but BEWARE they don't take care of cross contamination and my wife who has celiac disease has been contaminated.
