Pizzería El Bigote

We are going to live in Chiclana for a year and we met the pizzeria by chance because it is very close to where we live. It is a family pizzeria, a charming place for about 5-6 tables, the service is excellent and very friendly but without a doubt the pizzas stand out because there is love in what they make, the kitchen is very small so its production capacity is limited and what should be a handicap makes it attractive because they do not try to cover what they cannot nor do they lower the quality by trying to do more, the dough looks clearly artisanal and stretched at the moment, they are pizzas that for now I have only been able to try there and Seeing them so handcrafted gives me a little more peace of mind than those of other franchises that we all know. We went on the 1st day a few months ago and since then we go approximately every week or every two weeks, they do not have home delivery (and it would be impossible for them to have it due to the limited kitchen) but you can pick up on Tuesdays and Wednesdays They have 2-for-1 offers but we don't take advantage of them because most of the time we eat there and that's how we relax too. Whether you come to visit or live in Chiclana, a highly recommended place that I have already told my friends about. They also theoretically have gluten-free doughs, which is something to keep in mind if you have a mild intolerance.
