Pizzeria All'Improvviso

Very kind staff…the owner always manages to organize wonderful children's parties satisfying every type of request in an exceptional way. Welcoming place and excellent food the gluten-free desserts are really good

We celebrated the birthday, menu with drink and pizza round and an initial appetizer while waiting for the service. I trusted them by having them make the dessert directly, but for two celiac people out of more than 40 they made me a dessert for celiacs, which, not knowing about this, ended up costing me more than double than a normal dessert. To be fair, they could have at least warned me and advised me of another solution, furthermore at the end of the evening they added to the bill the second drinks that were ordered by the guests, something that could have been saved (given the number of people I had brought them) or at least instead of bringing 33cl cans, they could have made a service of 1.5l bottles... they would have saved money and made less of an impression on the customers.... as they say, you screw once, goodbye and thank you!!! compliments to the staff, very fast and serious, I would have left them 20/30 euros as a tip but unfortunately when it came to the final payment I was too upset and left....

A Neapolitan pizzeria, excellent pizza and service, I ate a good gluten-free pizza, I recommend it
