Incredibly delicious pizza, also gluten-free with homemade gluten-free dough!

We went to the pizzeria last night because it was recommended to us. I have celiac disease and have to eat a gluten-free diet. So far this hasn't been a problem in Sardinia. I ordered a gluten-free pizza from the young waitress. When the pizza came, I checked again whether it was really gluten-free because it looked exactly like my husband's gluten-containing pizza. The answer was clear: yes, gluten-free! Since we were going on the ferry the next day, we ordered a gluten-free pizza to take away. When this came, I realized that something was wrong. . It looked completely different than the first pizza I ate. We went to the waiter, he asked again in the kitchen and they confirmed that both pizzas were gluten-free. As soon as I got to the hotel room I felt sick and dizzy and had to spend half the night on the toilet. This hasn't happened to me in 25 years and it was a terrible night. PLEASE: something like this shouldn't happen!!! This is irresponsible!! I will write to the pizzeria again personally, but I would like to write this in the reviews because people with celiac disease need to know this I would like to point out that the atmosphere and the staff were very friendly.
