I tried the gluten-free pizza both in the normal version and in the rotisserie.
Let's start by saying that the restaurant is in a convenient location, that I ate on the terrace, and that the staff was very helpful (especially Antonio, whom I thank).
Unfortunately, there is still room for improvement on the gluten-free pizza: very heavy, between the two I preferred the dough of the pizza in the rotisserie (which is still a rarity to find for a celiac in Milan). Every new gluten-free pizzeria is always good news, and I am convinced that with time they will find a dough that is up to their talent.
