Pizzeria Agli Olivi

A vast selection of doughs, I tried the hemp one, crunchy and soft, not heavy at all, it left my stomach very light (in terms of digestion); very clean pizza, with almost non-existent charred particles. Very good tomato. I don't even feel like I waited long. You certainly notice a lot of effort, I imagine the work and the full cold room, to be able to offer such a vast choice. I also appreciated that the burrata was placed whole in the middle of the pizza. As far as I understand, by booking, it is possible to ask for gluten-free dough. Personally I was also satisfied with the service.

Located on the hills of Marcellise but visible from the road, the pizzeria offers ample parking and a familiar and welcoming place. Their pizza is excellent and you also have the possibility to choose special doughs with ancient or particular grains. The ingredients are excellent and if you book well in advance you can also choose gluten-free. In addition to pizza it is possible to choose some other dishes: salads, cured meat appetizers and finally desserts, coffee and bitters. The service is quick and friendly. Advised
