We had dinner on a Saturday evening in this simple but clean place, friendly staff, fast service. We chose a keto base (dough made of flaxseed flour, psyllo and aloe, + 5 euros), a gluten-free one (rice flour only + 3 euros) and a pizza with Altamura dough (durum wheat semolina + 2 euros): the

real leavened products were cooked and well suited to the chosen flavors (sausage and broccoli/spicy summer). The Altamura fiery red flavor was well cooked, crunchy and thin.
