I'll start off by saying that the pizza chef is a true professional, he is really very skilled at combining new tastes and flavours, he makes a pizza dough that is very digestible and tasty. Furthermore, it makes a delicious GLUTEN-FREE pizza that has nothing to envy of normal pizza. Friendly and competent staff. If you take a trip to Trebisacce it is absolutely worth trying.
