I recently went to Pizzeria Caroli 1969 in Pomezia with my wife and daughter and I was really satisfied. The quality of the dough is the first strong point: light, digestible and available in many variations (gluten-free, wholemeal, spelt, vegan, etc.), which is very rare to find in the area. The pizza is well-seasoned, cooked to perfection and with fresh ingredients.
I also really appreciated the attention given to those with intolerances or who follow particular diets: my daughter was finally able to eat a delicious gluten-free pizza, without sacrificing taste. Even the fried foods were crunchy and light.
The staff is courteous, helpful and very attentive to customer needs. The environment is simple but well-kept, and despite it being full, the service was fast and friendly.
Only note: the place is not very big, so I recommend booking especially on weekends. Prices are average for the quality offered.
