I didn't know this place and I don't know why! I'm always looking for good pizza. Digestible. With superior quality ingredients. Da Meto has all these characteristics. The dough is left to rise properly, it is fine, Roman, cooked just right. The ingredients are not from a jar, everything is salted just right. The menu is endless. We were helped by a boy who was impeccable in his manners and professionalism, fast, kind. The place is nice, the only flaw is that there are very few seats so it's cramped if you manage to sit down, and that we left with a lot of pizza smell in our clothes. But it's worth it! Pizza digested after a couple of hours, and I tolerate gluten poorly.
