Finally a gluten-free pizza that tastes like real pizza!
I've always been wary of gluten-free versions, but this was a total revelation. The base is incredibly soft inside and crunchy at the edges, just like a pizza should be. You can see that there is a lot of research behind the preparation of the dough.
The value for money is excellent, considering how difficult it is to find such well-made gluten-free pizza. The thing that struck me most is that even my friends who eat normal pizza did an encore!
Great attention also to cross contamination, I felt safe from the first moment. The staff is trained and can answer all questions about the ingredients.
Highly recommended for celiacs and intolerants, but also for those who simply want to try an exceptional pizza which, by chance, is also gluten-free.
