We have been dining at this pizzeria, looking for gluten-free options that were not frozen dough. And there they made it for you on the spot just like a normal dough. We ordered a baked provolone to share and a pizza/calzone each. The dough was very rich, very thin and ate very well. Highlight the kindness of the people who work there. Without a doubt, highly recommended

Almost the entire menu is gluten-free, including the pizzas, the salads (the Caesar is very delicious) and even the lasagna. We ordered takeout and they had everything ready on time. The portions are large and it is not expensive at all. I would repeat.
