Pizzeria Focacceria Quattrocento

We were there last night, arriving at 9pm even though we hadn't booked, they welcomed us with smiles and kindness, they made us sit down and explained the menu to us. With extreme professionalism, I'll start by saying that we are a mess: a celiac who is lactose intolerant, they advised and accommodated our every request. The gluten-free focaccia with bacon and potatoes was SUPER EXCELLENT, and the pizzas with special dough were truly AMAZING!!! Since we liked everything, at the end of the evening we asked for a pizza to take away which we ate today and it had lost nothing! The excellent service, professionalism and courtesy are the masters and super compliments for all the doughs. We will definitely be back if we return to the Verona area! Best pizza we have ever had! They not only had gluten free pizza dough but also different types. Also had lactose free and vegan cheese options! Absolutely delicious, we are going back tomorrow night to enjoy it once more before leaving. 100% recommend this pizzeria. It is in a quaint lovely neighborhood outside the center, lovely for a “digestif” walk in the warm breeze at night. The staff’s kindness and friendliness completed this pleasant experience, helping us out with our difficulty to find a taxi. Needless to say, we are not surprised the pizzeria has won so many awards and trophies, as we saw in the store! A phenomenal restaurant with great people in it. You will not be disappointed!
