The best pizza in Brescia by far, for the gluten-free part I would say exceptional, tasty, it remains very light and remains very soft, compliments to the whole team, very welcoming staff and environment, easy to reach both by car and on foot for those who live in the city. Highly recommended!!!

I was here for dinner, and they offer real Neapolitan style pizza with a stuffed crust. There is a wide choice of flavours, with also vegan and/or gluten-free alternatives. Wide choice of desserts too, discreet taste.

Recommended by some friends we decide to have dinner in this pizzeria, the person who was taking care of the reservation sees on the restaurant's Instagram stories that there is an interesting offer (12 euro margherita pizza, drink, sweet and bitter). Here we are being careless because the person who was booking, not seeing anything special written on the Instagram story, booked by clicking directly on the link, without reading the description of the post where it was explained that if we wanted to take advantage of the offer we would have to specify it in the booking. However, this was brought to our attention once we were seated at the table, after one of us had asked for information. We point out to the waiter that in the Instagram story it wasn't very clear that it needed to be specified and at that point, after speaking with a manager, he still grants us the possibility of having dinner with the offer. At this point two of us order normal margheritas and two of us order the gluten-free and vegan margherita (because we are gluten and lactose intolerant), these two people are not made aware that to have both "different" options a surcharge of 3 euros will be applied. Indeed, when we reread the post, we notice that it says that no surcharges are applied as it is the most inclusive pizzeria in Brescia. I would like to specify that the offer is not outlined on any paper menu, but is only written on Instagram. So we could only have learned about this phantom increase by word of mouth, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. We consume our pizza (on paper placemats with cutlery taken out of a bag), we drink our drink, we eat dessert (the only option available is a scoop of mandarin ice cream), but we refuse the bitter because we are not interested. We go to the cashier and discover that the two people who ate the gluten-free vegan pizza would have had to pay 3 euros more. Since the overall price was still acceptable, they paid, but we would like to point out that the increase was not reported anywhere. We were told in a pedantic tone that it was obvious that we had to choose BETWEEN the classic, vegan or gluten-free options and that other customers had called in advance to ask for information. By law, it is the restaurateur's duty to provide all price information in a clear and unambiguous way. We didn't demand that the money be returned, but at least we would have appreciated if the girl at the checkout had had the grace to admit that the price had not been adequately communicated and that it would be remedied for future customers, instead of insisting that she was right. It's certainly not 3 euros that change your life (among other things, I didn't even spend it, as I don't have food intolerances), but it's really a question of principle. Irregularities must be pointed out so that they can be corrected and no one else makes the same mistake. Furthermore, good service is recognized by how the customer is treated. I attach screenshots of the stories and the Instagram post (I underline that in Italian the conjunction "and" has a copulative role) and I reiterate that communication errors sometimes happen, but they must be admitted instead of being arrogant and treating the customer badly. I invite anyone who wants to go to this restaurant to read the responses to the "negative" reviews, they clearly demonstrate the level of service.
