Pizzeria la Strana Coppia Treviso

We discovered this pizzeria by chance, driving by. We were struck by the "gluten free pizza champion" poster. We came here specifically for this, I specify that between there and back we do 90 km, but it is absolutely worth it for the gluten-free pizza!! Truly exceptional, my daughter said that after years she finally ate a real pizza and not with a base that seems to be made of cardboard. The traditional pizzas are also very good, excellent ingredients and above all digestibility, it seems like you haven't even eaten, well done!! The place is not very big, simple, clean, ample parking. Prices are normal considering what you eat. Highly recommended

Ate the famous gluten-free pizza: the dough is very soft, it melts in your mouth, I have never tried a dough so similar to the one with gluten. Unfortunately the rest was mediocre: in general the dough inside was raw and bland, without any taste. The pizza filling was nothing special, the salami that was supposed to be spicy was not at all, just spicy and not very tasty, same for the tomato. Overall, the dough was good but not at all tasty and poorly cooked, so for me it was a bit of a disappointment. The service was good, everyone was kind and the place was quiet.
