The pizzas are really good, nothing to say about it because it is one of the best pizzerias in the area. The problem with this pizzeria is the service, both take-out and in-house. I have ordered take-out pizzas with chips added 4 times but they were not added even though the 2€ addition was still shown on the receipt. At this point I wonder if they do it on purpose because otherwise I can't understand how it is possible that in various orders in SEVERAL MONTHS they forget to add (but they never forget the 2€ addition). When I called to tell them they told me that they would bring me the portion of chips (which I appreciate) but when I called back about the fact that it had already happened other times the girl on the phone answered "it's fine". In addition to this, I recommend that you book the pizzas at least half an hour before the desired time because they are extremely late even if they tell you that there is little waiting. In fact, having understood their timing, I also bring forward the time of the order by 30/40 minutes. Even if you go to pick up your take-out pizzas in person, they keep telling you “your pizzas are in the next batch” and then you find yourself waiting another 20 minutes. I don’t know about you, but making fun of customers like this only puts you off going back. As someone who has worked in this environment, I think it’s better to be honest with the customer. And as if that wasn’t enough, the wait at the table in a pizzeria is really exaggerated: half an hour to order, an hour and a half waiting for three pizzas. I sat down at 9pm and my pizza arrived at 11pm. It’s really a shame to make fun of customers like this, because their pizzas really deserve it (even the gluten-free one, which is not a given), that’s why I gave them at least 2 stars. Edit in response to the owner: I fully understand the hard work on Saturday evening, it's a shame that on other days during the week the error of the missing addition was repeated (I want to specify that it's not because of the addition itself but because of the absurdity of the thing, because 1 time I overlook it, 2, 3... but then on the fourth I even get annoyed) as well as the very long wait. And no, I will not change my review, why should I? This was my experience and therefore it seems very fair to review you in this way because every time there was something that went wrong, either the additions or the wait. Does this seem fair to you? I said the positive things I had to say, I complimented you on the pizzas and gave 5 stars for the food. But I absolutely will not change my review especially if I am asked by you, but how dare you? 😂 Absurd.
