Easily some of the best pizza in Colorado. A must try. The gluten structure in the dough is beautifully developed, leading to a chewy, light bread with a beautiful char on the outside. Sauce to cheese ratio is on point, something you don’t see a lot these days. Beautiful bright and slightly sweet tomato sauce, wonderful cheese pull and not smothered in grease. The right amount of everything, including fresh and colorful veggies. Service was kind and attentive in this quaint, cozy spot.
