The offer of different doughs gives the place a very high rating as, in addition to the classics, there is also gluten-free dough, both in pan and shovel format. I give my choice, wholemeal focaccia with lard, a solid 10! The base is excellent, covered with very soft lard. I will definitely be back!

If you want to eat a good pizza in pala... go eat elsewhere! Table in an awkward corner, extremely bright and very noisy room: rating 4/10. Order taken quickly, dishes arrived with incorrect order, poor service: rating 4/10. Very normal classic pizza on the shovel: rating 7/10. Inedible gluten-free pizza (terrible dough): rating 1/10. Anemic farinata, both top and bottom: rating 4/10. Average prices: rating 6/10. After some complaints about the service, a slight discount was given at the checkout, which was appreciated but we would have preferred to eat well. Overall insufficient. Forget it!

Food without great pretensions. Average flour, slightly anemic. Gluten-free pizza with poor dough and noticeably undercooked despite the second cooking request. Poor service and disorganized staff. Terrible experience, judge for yourself from the photos (in order: farinata, sg pizza dough, sg pizza underneath).
