If you want to eat gluten free pizza you have to remember to call and reserve a table with gluten free option pizza. I really recommend it!

5 stars because you can't give it 8, the food is incredible, typical Italian and delicious, at an incredible price, plus the dishes are very abundant so you won't go hungry, plus the staff is super friendly and helpful, finally mentioning that the place is spectacular and they offer gluten-free food, VERY GOOD 10/10, which is appreciated, a very good memory that my family and I took from this place

I searched on Google for "where to eat gluten-free Auronzo di Cadore" as the first option: Pizzeria Ristorante Al Rio, menu specialty: gluten-free. Excellent, it was what I was looking for. I arrived at the restaurant, on the menu it had pizzas with gluten-free dough, but with a fairly obvious note: by reservation only and preferably 3 hours in advance. Did I eat what I was looking for? Obviously not! I tried to explain to the cashier at the time of payment that it is difficult for a tourist to know that he must also book the type of dough, then he replied: next time you know. Thanks, but I really don't think so.
