Walking along the Via Francigena we stopped for dinner and found an excellent gluten free pizza with truffles.

Recommended place for celiacs, unfortunately my daughter is celiac but in this restaurant you can find many gluten-free dishes including pizza. Very nice and attentive staff, also having a 15 month old baby, they asked me if they had to prepare something quick for him. Not a very modern place but it's okay

Excellent pizzas with various choices of dough (cereal, wholemeal and for celiacs, all with a small increase compared to the classic dough) and a wide choice of classic and special pizzas. If you are in San Miniato I highly recommend it not only for the quality but also for the prices
