The best gluten-free pizza dough I've ever tried. I enjoyed an exquisite pizza. The owners are from families with a long tradition of baking, and they've opted to create an incredible formula based on the dough, adding fresh ingredients. They also offer gluten-free pizzas. Great attention to detail, with a calm and welcoming atmosphere. They have amazing helpers. The final touch is a delicious gluten-free tiramisu. It's a shame it's not closer so we can enjoy their excellent cuisine more often.
