I never thought I would find a pizzeria of this magnitude in such an isolated place in the capital and so small. I have to say that I am quite critical and demanding with pizzerias and in addition to not disappointing me, I loved this one. The employees are great and super attentive with good suggestions, the atmosphere seems to have been renovated, with good taste emanating cleanliness, warmth and haute cuisine. Good size pizzas, we ordered to share as always. The ingredients are of extreme quality and something that caught my attention is the fermentation of the dough, which for people with an intolerance (not allergy) to gluten like me, well, because this process prevents belly bloating and gas. causes that vegetable protein. If you like a walk and food along the way, if you are visiting Fuencaliente or its surrounding beaches, I recommend stopping by this place.
