They have gluten-free pizzas with good dough. Only that they charge you 9 euros even if it is a simple margarita.

Every time I come to Santiago I enjoy these pizzas and now they also have gluten-free pizzas, and my boy says that it is the best he has ever tried, all the ones on the menu can be made gluten-free, the only thing that failed was the patatas bravas Although it states in the menu that they are gluten-free, they told us that they fry them where everything else does.
