Pizzicà

The pizza is very soft and light. Pizzeria is a restaurant also for celiacs and vegans with a dedicated menu.

I only write positive reviews. English on request. I'm Italian American. Too many Haters around. And I do it for passion. I have no economic interests. But let's get to the point. Pizzicà. I've been there a couple of times already. The first time on the suggestion of a local friend. I ate an excellent pizza. But I can't find the photos. What I would like to highlight instead is the "Vegan" aspect of the place. Valeria and Nicola have done an excellent job of selecting high quality products, local when possible. But the sliced ​​steak I ate yesterday was not local. However, something spectacular. I'm not vegan. I love meat but for health reasons I can't overdo it with proteins. I would eat this sliced ​​steak every day!!!!. Even the appetizer with a "slice" of aubergine is excellent. The desserts (strawberry and lemon) have a very delicate flavour. Pleasant. Celiacs can rest easy. A cuisine all for them. But for skeptics there is a menu for omnivores. Roberta assisted me with great attention.
