Planet Hollywood at Disney Springs™

Our server was Mya and she was amazing! We came in as a big group of 16 on a school trip and she was patient, answered all of our questions, and put up with our rowdy table! One of our students has a gluten allergy and she was clear and kind on all of the available options! She also gave us plenty of fun details about the restaurant

Not what you expect when you paying that kind of money at Disney. Waiter was not willing to accommodate allergies. She seemed unamused when I was asking her questions to the point where I decided to order a side of rice. My mother with celiac is given the same treatment. I went to use the restroom and there was poop covered toilet paper all over the bathroom. People were warning each other. Limited memorabilia.

Chuck was amazing!!!! Had a blast on our family vacation. Full of jokes and laughs. Food was great and very accommodating to gluten allergies. We had a member of our party with a severe allergy and they took all precautions to make him feel safe. Awesome time as always.
