Plant Matter Kitchen is such a wonderful place to enjoy healthier, delicious options. Everything on the menu is vegan, and most items are gluten-free or can be made gluten-free, which I really appreciate. One of my absolute favourite desserts is their blueberry cheesecake—so creamy and flavourful, you’d never guess it’s vegan and gluten-free. Their chocolate cake is just as divine—rich, moist, and totally indulgent. Truly a slice of heaven! The presentation is always so beautiful. The vibe is warm and welcoming, and the staff, especially the waitresses, are always so friendly and lovely. It’s a spot I keep coming back to, and I always leave feeling satisfied and happy.

I love the food and atmosphere at Plant Matter. Its akin to being welcomed into the chef’s and server’s own personal space. My partner and I visit at least once per season and I try to order the daily special. They are very accommodating to customizing the plate you order, gluten free, vegan etc. When a plate is designed though I stay with what was combined. Tonight I even ate my Brussel Sprouts! All of them.
