We were here again for our wedding anniversary. They continue to set the bar incredibly high. I ate pumpkin variations with lamb meatballs, the flavors were clean but explosive in my mouth. I indicated a gluten-free meal, they handled it very well, they transformed the food. I can still taste the fermented pumpkin, it was a great experience. My wife ate buckwheat stew with tomatoes and chanterelle mushrooms. It was a cavalcade of flavors.

We had a fantastic culinary experience at the bistro. The duck leg with lentils is marvellous. And they offer fab gluten-free options. Great food and great value!
