Plat a Plat

Full marks in all respects! Rarely eaten so deliciously. And as of today one of my absolute favorites on Mallorca. I just say: “There are artists at work in the kitchen! Such a colorful, fresh and vegan and gluten- and sugar-free meal has rarely been available before. And everything prepared with so much love. Eating is actually really fun. From the starter (pumpkin hummus and leek dumplings) to the main courses (pasta nests that turn from blue to purple when lemon juice is added with rocket and figs. As well as homemade ravioli filled with ricotta and walnuts in an ingenious cashew/onion sauce) to Dessert with tapioca balls in coconut milk and cheesecake with wild berries. Everything is a poem. Except for the flowers in the food... they're nice to look at, but the taste isn't my cup of tea. Oh yes: don't forget the freshly made lemonades and infused waters. Very refreshing. Everything fresh. And also very natural, of course without sugar. But it can be sweetened with agave syrup or coconut blossom sugar. I just say: keep up the good work! We will definitely come back and bring some with us. This has to be passed on! The associated hotel CUROLLA - which we unfortunately haven't been able to test yet - is also a gem. Our favorite restaurant in Mallorca. Excellent, creative and lovingly prepared vegan and mostly gluten-free food. On Sunday there is an excellent brunch that we can highly recommend. It's lovely to sit outside, especially with children. 100% recommendation.
